DESCRIPTION

Candidate to oversee Engineering & Technology’s (E&T) Engineering Services Statement of Work (SOW) lifecycle Workflow Management. Candidate responsible for the general administration of this Agreement. Serve as Lockheed Martin’s Point of Contact (POC) concerning information exchange, submission review, and payment. Candidate to review/accept all deliverables, and technical direction. Serve as primary E&T SOW Liaison with Butler and LM GSC (Global Supply Chain). Ensure compliance with Statement of Work. Candidate responsible for oversight of Engineering & Technology’s Engineering Service activities. Candidate to ensure all services provided within the Agreement meet Lockheed Martin Missile & Fire Control (LMMFC) expectations. Candidate to monitor, and provide status for, Work Orders to ensure project completion within established budgets and schedules. Candidate to be the POC for engineering design services. Candidate to provide recommendations to LMMFC with respect to clarification and interpretations. Candidate to ensure project requirements and design issues are clearly understood. Candidate to oversee delivery accomplishment, administer all instructions and ensure all questions are answered from LMMFC Project Manager, Chief Engineer, or IPT Lead during the life of the Agreement. Candidate responsible for ensuring adequate internal controls and review procedures are followed in order to eliminate conflicts, errors and omissions for ensuring all technical requirements are met. Candidate must remain actively involved in the management oversight throughout the duration of the Agreement

SKILL/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

MANDATORY

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance
  • 20 years’ experience in the oversight of multi-disciplinary teams


 

DESIRED

  • BS Degree from accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience of 20 years
